New Federal Refinacing Program

The President's new refinance program is coming to a city near you! As in the new Federal Modification Plan, some will be able to take advantage of it but most will not. IF your current loan is owned or securitized by Fannie or Freddie, you MAY be eligible. It does provide refinance opportunities for those who have a Loan to Value ratio between 80% and 105% so if you qualify it's a great program. Call me to see if you qaulify!
